Relevant connections come first. Paid exposure never bypasses the five-profile matching requirement. The capacity numbers count active chat automations, not messages sent. Follow-ups only apply to accepted conversations and stop or pause when a contact replies or declines.

Delegation requires an accepted invitation. Group participants must also consent. Landing pages may connect to your current website, a business page built for you, or other approved links. Automatic sending is always optional, is available only on eligible paid tiers, and pauses when a contact replies. Team invitations, group chats, and delegation are rollout-preview features until separately activated.

Is TRUSTPROS CONNECT free?
Yes. Joining, creating a profile, reviewing Connect Invites, accepting connections, and member messaging are free.
Who can join TRUSTPROS CONNECT?
Founders, agency owners, consultants, creators, operators, and other professionals seeking relevant business relationships.
How do automatic introductions work?
Choose exactly five ideal professional categories. CONNECT recommends a member only when their verified profile identity matches one of your five choices. No match means no automatic invitation.
Can someone message me without my approval?
A direct member conversation opens only after a Connect Invite is accepted.
What profile information is optional?
Website, public email, phone number, social platform links, and PayPal email are optional. The email marked public appears to members viewing your profile. PayPal email remains private.
How do Tasks & Rewards work?
TrustPros publishes specific tasks with their reward amounts. Eligible members submit evidence, and approved work can earn Connect Credits, USD cash rewards, or both.
How are cash rewards paid?
Save your PayPal email in Tasks & Rewards, then request your available approved cash balance. TrustPros reviews and sends PayPal payments manually; pending payments are not marked as paid.
Can I choose which social platforms to use?
Yes. Mark X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok as active or inactive and optionally add profile links. Perform tasks only where appropriate and follow platform rules.
