MAILS ($280/year for 12,000 emails) does not guarantee any response quantity. LEADS ($80 per qualified positive response) includes 33-day follow-up but no time-based result guarantee. BOOKINGS ($540 per first ten confirmed appointments) includes a 60-day proportional refund for undelivered bookings, not attendance. MEETINGS ($1,700 for ten qualified attended meetings) guarantees attended outcomes within 60 days or proportionally refunds undelivered meetings. TrustPros organizes MEETINGS with Google Meet links. Can I choose any budget?
There are no monthly plans. Annual outreach starts at $280 for 12,000 targeted emails. Custom annual budgets are available, subject to confirmed targeting, capacity and terms.
Will emails be sent every single day?
The service runs over 365 calendar days, but emails are scheduled on appropriate outreach days. No daily sending or constant inbox placement is guaranteed.
Can I choose my ideal target audience?
Yes. You can define industries, roles, locations and business characteristics. Availability and legal suitability of contact data are reviewed before activation.
How is the sending volume counted?
Qualifying initial outbound emails that meet the agreed targeting and sending criteria count. Automated follow-up is a separately priced upgrade. Suppressed recipients and failed transmissions are excluded under the final service terms.
How can I see my progress?
Your service reporting will show the contracted allocation, completed qualifying sends, schedule and remaining volume. The dashboard shown on this page is an interactive illustration, not actual client data.
Can I increase my budget later?
Yes, additional outreach can be quoted and added by mutual agreement, subject to verified sending capacity and a revised delivery schedule.
What if campaigns cannot start or finish?
The written agreement will specify activation conditions, sending pauses, unfulfilled volume, applicable extensions and refund rights. This preview page does not take payment or create a contract.
