These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TrustPros, including its website, testimonial collection tools, hosted pages, Trust Walls, embeds, analytics, and related features. By using TrustPros, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the service

You may use TrustPros only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for maintaining appropriate access controls.

2. Testimonials and user content

You retain responsibility for testimonial text, customer names, images, videos, metrics, evidence, links, and other content submitted to or published through TrustPros. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to collect, upload, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content.

3. Accuracy and verification

TrustPros may provide tools that help organize, label, verify, score, match, or measure customer proof. You are responsible for ensuring that claims, metrics, outcomes, customer identities, and supporting evidence are accurate and not misleading. A TrustPros label or workflow does not independently guarantee the truth of a claim.

4. Prohibited use

• Do not publish fabricated testimonials, impersonate customers, or intentionally misrepresent customer results.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
• Do not use TrustPros for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or security-compromising activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.

5. Plans, billing, and usage limits

TrustPros may offer free and paid plans with different testimonial, storage, video, traffic, analytics, domain, support, and other allowances. Applicable limits are described on the pricing page or within the service. Paid subscriptions may renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase.

6. Video and third-party services

Hosted video may be subject to storage and playback allowances. Videos embedded from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom may be governed by those providers' own terms, availability, and privacy practices.

7. Availability and changes

TrustPros may add, remove, improve, suspend, or modify features from time to time. We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. No guarantee of commercial results

TrustPros provides tools for collecting, presenting, organizing, and measuring customer proof. Business performance depends on many factors outside the service. TrustPros does not guarantee sales, revenue, income, conversions, leads, profitability, return on investment, or any other commercial result.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, security risks, or nonpayment where applicable.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. TrustPros is not responsible for business decisions made solely from testimonials, metrics, analytics, customer statements, or third-party integrations. Any liability will be subject to limitations permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as TrustPros evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
