Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrustPros websites, products, services, and administrative tools, including TrustPros Mails. By using TrustPros, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You may use TrustPros only if you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use TrustPros for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TrustPros account, connected third-party accounts, devices, and credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Connected Google and email accounts

You may connect only accounts that you own, control, or have explicit permission to use. TrustPros Mails uses OAuth authorization where supported so that mailbox passwords do not need to be stored in the TrustPros browser interface.

You may revoke third-party access through the relevant provider, including your Google Account, at any time. Revoking access may disable sending from that mailbox until it is reconnected.

4. Acceptable email use

You are responsible for ensuring that email sent through TrustPros complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, anti-spam rules, privacy requirements, and the policies of the relevant email provider.

You may not use TrustPros to send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, malicious, or prohibited content; distribute malware; impersonate others; evade provider restrictions; or send communications in a manner that violates applicable platform rules or law.

5. Service limits and provider rules

Email providers such as Google may impose sending limits, rate limits, account restrictions, authentication requirements, or other controls. TrustPros does not control those limits and cannot guarantee that a provider will accept, deliver, or continue to authorize a message or account.

6. TrustPros services and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product evolution, or provider compatibility. We may also enforce operational limits designed to protect accounts, infrastructure, and deliverability.

7. Fees and paid services

Where a TrustPros feature is paid, the applicable order, pricing page, plan description, or commercial agreement forms part of these Terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where a specific written guarantee or applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

TrustPros, TrustPros Mails, Trustko, associated branding, software, designs, systems, and original content are owned by or licensed to TrustPros. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TrustPros intellectual property to you.

You retain rights to content and data that you lawfully provide to TrustPros, subject to the permissions reasonably required for us to host, process, transmit, display, or otherwise operate the service.

9. Third-party services

TrustPros may integrate with third-party services including Google, Supabase, payment providers, hosting providers, and other infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. TrustPros is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or service decisions.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how TrustPros handles personal information and Google API data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, material violations of these Terms, abuse of providers or infrastructure, or legal requirements. You may stop using TrustPros at any time.

11A. Managed acquisition: MAILS, LEADS and BOOKINGS

MAILS is a custom annual sending-volume campaign, with a $280 reference plan for 12,000 targeted emails over 12 months. Positive replies are forwarded when received but are not guaranteed. Automated follow-up and meetings cost extra.

LEADS is priced at $80 per qualified positive response, including up to 33 days of automated follow-up. This does not carry the BOOKINGS delivery guarantee.

BOOKINGS starts at $540 for ten verified qualified appointments for a first-time business purchase; each next package increases $10 after full successful delivery, subject to the agreed quote. The 60 calendar day delivery period begins at campaign activation. Undelivered bookings are refunded proportionally: amount paid divided by 10 multiplied by missing bookings. Attendance and sales are not guaranteed. Before purchase, the parties agree qualification and replacement terms. This section does not override a more specific signed contract or statutory consumer rights.

12. No guaranteed business results

TrustPros provides technology, systems, tools, and services. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, deliverability, conversion rates, reply rates, account longevity, or other business outcomes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustPros is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party service or provider policy.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustPros and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, deliverability, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service.

15. Indemnity

You are responsible for your use of TrustPros and agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold TrustPros harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized account connections, email content, or violation of third-party rights or provider rules.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as TrustPros evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
